Invited Artists, please remember the following details:
Artwork selected for show must be submitted ready to display. Committee reserves the right to refuse any work not acceptable for presentation; all decisions of the committee are final.
Artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up of their art work. The artwork must be delivered to AFGS by 5/10/11 and picked up by 5/19/11. Shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the artist. Works left more than 30 days after the pick-up date will become the property of AFGS.
Artwork will be insured by St. Anastasia Parish through the Michigan Catholic Conference. On-site Security provided from 5/10/11 through 5/19/11. Wavier must be signed by artist recognizing that St. Anastasia Parish and AFGS assumes no liability and any issues regarding loss, damage, or theft will be between the artist and the Michigan Catholic Conference.
